1419 - Gwened, Bretanya: Sant Vicent Ferrer, Valencian Dominican monk who spent his life travelling Europe preaching his moral and vision of Christianity (born 1350).
1574 - Palma, Mallorca: Santa Catalina Thomàs, Mallorcan Catholic religious figure.
1937 - València: Josep Benlliure i Gil, Valencian painter (born 1855).
1966 - Barcelona: Josep Maria Miró i Guibernau, Catalan architect (born 1889).
