We spent 10 days in Barcelona in August 2015. Went down to the beach several times and faced the same problem on all the beaches: no changing rooms anywhere except the toilets which are far to small to change properly. The other major problem was the disabled toilets. My husband is a wheelchair user and we had to ask at the bar/bufe everywhere for the disabled toilet key. When we tried to go in we found that some were used as an equipement/store room (ladders etc.) making it almost impossible to enter, and others as changing and store room for the staff! Not one disabled toilet was free just for the disabled.
