1855 - Sabadell, Vallès Occidental: Francesc de Paula Xercavins i Rius, psychiatrist
1885 - Albaida, la Vall d'Albaida: Josep Segrelles i Albert, Valencian painter
1902 - Barcelona: Octavi Saltor i Soler, Catalan writer and politician
2012 - Barcelona: Joan Corominas i Vila, Catalan businessman, president of Banc Sabadell from 1976 until 1999.
2015 - Monestir de Montserrat: Gregori Estrada, Catalan composer, organist and musicologist, Montserrat monk (born 1918).
2016 - Berga: Josep Maria Ballarín i Monset, priest and writer. Popularly known as "Mossèn Tronxo" (born 1920).
