1809 - Sallent: Tomàs Viladomiu i Bertran, factory owner and founder of the colonies Viladomiu Vell and Viladomiu Nou.

1837 - Sabadell: Agustí Rius i Borrell, Catalan teacher.

1943 - Sabadell, Vallès Occidental: Montserrat Busqué i Barceló, Catalan music teacher.

1948 - Vila-real: Jacinto Heredia Robres, Valancian writer, politician and researcher. 

1979 - Castelló de la Plana: Carlos Latre, Valancian comic and dubbing actor.


1806 - Sant Petersburg (Rússia): Vicent Martín i Soler, Valencian classical composer (born 1754).

1991 - Barcelona: Josep Ferrater Mora, Catalan philosopher.

2007 - Miramar (la Safor): Joan Pellicer, Valancian doctor and ethnobotanist, his body was found a few days later (born 1947).

2008 – Barcelona: Concepción Pilar Guillén Bertolín, anarchist and feminist.
