1276 - València: Jaume I, King of València, Mallorca and Aragon, and Count of Barcelona.

1936 - Sabadell, Vallès Occidental: Àngel Rodamilans i Canals, Catalan priest, Benedictine monk, composer and organist.

1944 - Angeac-Charente, France: Joan Bartomeu i Valls, Catalan weavers' foreman, víctim of the Nazis.
