2009 - Vilafranca del Penedès, Alt Penedès: Els Falcons de Barcelona build L'escala de 8 for the first time.
1829 - Terrassa: Josep Vidal i Campaneria, Mayor of Sabadell during the First Republic.
1894 - La Canonja, Tarragonès: Antoni Brosa i Vives, Catalan violinist (died 1979).
1864 - València: Pascual Pérez Gascón, Valencian educator, organist and composer (born 1802).
2006 - Barcelona: Marta Mata i Garriga, Catalan teacher and educator, member of PSC-PSOE.
