2000 - València: The first meeting of councillors of the Països Catalans is held.



1691 - Palma, Mallorca: Caterina Tarongí, Jewess burnt alive by the Inquisition (born 1646).

1969 - Sabadell: Francesc Casañas i Riera, Catalan rope manufacturer and photographer.
