Located on the Carrer Almogàvers in the neighbourhood of El Parc i La Llacuna del Poblenou, Sala Razzmatazz is heir to the legendary Zeleste and remains Barcelona's number one music venue.
Opened as Razzmatazz in 2000, the venue has three concert halls, Salas 1, 2 and 3, and five clubs, Razzclub, The Loft, Lolita, Pop Bar and Rex Room, all of which have independent concert programmes or DJ sessions.
This means that a number of different gigs or sessions may be on any one night or people may just be bopping or hanging out in one of the other spaces.
With a lively agenda of rock, pop, indie, rap and soul since it's opening, it would be almost impossible to list who've graced the Razzmatazz stages but you name them and almost certainly they've played there.
The programme continues as adventurous as ever so it really is worth catching a gig at this great venue.
The price of admission normally gets you into all five clubs, although the gigs are ticketed separately.
